As per the other assumptions it was believed that this virus was manufactured in China, as a biological warfare mainly targeting American due to trade wars, between China and America. Should this be the case, the painting is showing how China would have attacked the Americans. The Fish does represents China. As we all know that America was heavily affected by this virus more than most of the countries in the world interms of number of infections and deaths.

This painting is more of conspiracy theory as there is no much evidence supporting that the virus was manufactured in China, but as an artist I am painting based on topical and current events in line with the world current affairs and politics.
