Automatically collected data (Web server log data)
For technical and statistical purposes, all access to the contents of our website is logged.

This includes:

The name of the file requested, the date and time of the request, the amount of data transferred, any message relating to successful data retrieval, the type of browser used (including the version number), the operating system used, the referenced internet address (URL), and the IP address of the requesting computer.

This data is stored separately from other personal data that you may enter when accessing our website. It is not possible to link this information to a particular person.

The legal basis for this data processing is the need to protect our legitimate interests in accordance with current German law (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit f DSGVO).

Contact and Request templates

For the processing of inquiries, further personal data, in particular the name, company and, as applicable, shipping address and contact information (address, telephone and fax number, e-mail address) may be collected and stored, provided that you provide this information voluntarily. Sending a given template constitutes an agreement on your part to the storage and processing of your data. Newsletter
On our website we offer you the possibility to register in order to receive e-mail newsletter regularly. In our newsletter we inform you about artists, exhibitions and current news connected with the world of art and also provide information about ARTCO.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, the time of registration and your IP address is stored along with your personal details (title, first name, surname, e-mail address and, as applicable, company). Sending the registration for receiving the newsletter constitutes your agreement to this. We use this data exclusively for managing the forwarding of the newsletter.

The legal basis under German law for processing the data entered in the registration template can only be your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO of German law). You have the possibility to revoke your consent to the storage and use of your data at any time:

You have the possibility to cancel your subscription to our newsletter at any time without incurring any costs other than the standard charges of transmission. Please send us an e-mail with the request to unsubscribe at info@artco-ac.de.

Data sent to us for the purpose of newsletter subscription will be stored by us until such time as you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted upon your cancellation of the subscription. Data stored with us for other purposes remain unaffected.

 

Processing data (customer and contract data)

We collect, process and use personal data insofar as this data is required for the establishment, definition or modification of legal relationships (stock data). This is in compliance with the requirements of German law (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO), which authorises the processing of data for the purpose of contract compliance or pre-contractual measures.

We collect, process and use personal data in relation to our internet pages (usage data) with the sole purpose of enabling users to use the services we provide. The customer data collected is deleted upon completion of an order or termination of the business relationship. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

 

Transfer of data to third parties

We make personal data available to third parties only insofar as this is required for the purpose of contract processing, for example, to the companies entrusted with the delivery of goods or the financial institution responsible for processing payment. No other forwarding of data takes place unless you give your express consent.
