As one of three exhibitions presented at Museum Schaffen in Winterthur, Switzerland, in connection with the TRUE PICTURE Festival, Johanna-Maria Fritz presents her photographic work from Ukraine.
Fritz photographs young people living just a few kilometers from the front line in eastern Ukraine. Her images depict a generation growing up between fear and hope, destruction and longing—young individuals striving to preserve a sense of normality despite the ongoing war.
